Since wordpress v3 MU has been a fairly easy to use part of wordpress but before that it was a separate application and a little more tricky. You would have thought since its mainstream inclusion they would have publicised it a little more but its more like a hidden gem or secret function at the moment and so many people could make real use of it given the chance.

You can able to move from one website to another within the control panel of your hosting account and you can do all of those things under the same account.
