The power of StumbleUpon combined with Triberr is remarkable. This interview with Saul Fleischman, who I call in the podcast a StumbleUpon guru, and for me almost a StumleUpon sensei. Saul has the ability to breakdown the benefits of why you should be using StumbleUpon for traffic along with the bigger reasons for combining StubmleUpon with Triberr.
Just to break this down a bit. StumbleUpon is the social bookmarking site that last June was reported by Mashable to have delivered half of all social networking shares across the internet. The 15 million or so members of Stumbleupon share more web content than the 800 million members of Facebook.
Triberr is the Reach Multiplier as they call it on their site. The idea is you connect with like minded people to help promote each other’s business through social media. If you are a blogger and are interested in learning more about triberr, please let me know in the comment section below.

Let me know what you think of the combination between StumbleUpon and Triberr for even greater traffic than before.
Finally, I would just like to thank Saul again for awesome information on StumbleUpon and Triberr.
Hey Andy, yur spelinng iz atroscius (but your compliments are nice – and your StumbleUpon activity is even better). Oddly enough, you spelled my name right; that rarely happens, even among family 😉
Let’s hope this thing we did is helpful, and gets more people “playing ball” with us in Triberr and SU-liking each others’ posts. And now, off to SU-share this…
Saul,
I think you mean my grammar is atrocious! Been looking for a good editor who can edit all of my blog posts on a daily basis. Almost had someone, but it did not work out.
Andy
Well, look above, and well, I like your “get it out there style,” bud! We did it, got it up, and you’ll see it here and there, shared and cared for 😉
Saul,
Thank you very much!
Andy
Stumbleupon is a great bookmarking site for your website . I have use it for a couple months, and in a day i can get 200-300 users came to my site from sumbleupon refferers, so overall stumbleupon is worth to try
Diane,
Glad to see that SU is working for you as well!
Andy
Hi Andy! Just new to you site and I think that Stumble upon is a great site. I will just try to use Triberr to see if I can get users from it. Thanks for sharing great information about this one!
TracyAnn,
Glad you enjoy SU! I just sent you an email about Triberr on Yahoo.
Andy
Saul gives a very nice overview of both StumbleUpon and Triberr and the power they possess if you used properly. I don’t thing many, even consistent bloggers, are aware of the power of StumbleUpon. Spreading the word on this post and podcast. Thanks.
Saul is just awesome with his knowledge of SU and Triberr!
Many thanks, Steve. I saw your tweet, much appreciated! I just asked Dino if perhaps an Andy-expanded version of this post, with embedded audio of the podcast would be right for the Triberr blog. I mean, its about taking advantage of the Triberr X SU opportunity, right? We’ll see!
What a great post. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on all the social media out there. I think I’ve still got a lot to learn. I’m loving Klout and Triberr. Just learning Stumble and I use Twitter and FB daily.
StumbleUpon is great when it works properly!
Hey Guys, as a fellow member of your Triberr tribe I have taken Saul’s advice and stumbled the content as well as liking, g+ing and tweeting.
He knows his stuff 🙂
Sarah,
Thanks for the input! He is extremely knowledgeable.
Andy
Hey guys,
Just now had a chance to listen to the interview with Saul and I want to say great information. Saul, I was told NOT to Stumble our own content which is why I was letting others do it for me. Since listening to your interview I now understand how wrong I was for listening to others. I hate that when that happens.
Thank you so much for clearing this up for me and I really do need to learn how to use this site more. I am getting traffic from Stumbleupon but it’s around #7 on my list right now. I now know why so thanks again for this great information.
Will look forward to that next interview about the shares. Anxious to learn about that.
Thank you Andy for doing this interview. Great work guys.
~Adrienne
Adrienne,
I have known about SU for months as being a great source of traffic, however, it was a similar conversation with Saul where I saw the error of my ways with the site as well.
Andy
Thanks, Adrienne, and there are many who cite SU’s TOS, but I ask people to see their “Shares” from “Profile” in STumbleUpon. If you SU-like from Triberr’s Tribal Stream, and also SU-reiview your own stuff, you’ll see that for every one of your own, you are sharing tens of other blogggers’ posts. This makes you *golden* to the SU machine. Thanks for your kind words, BTW!
Hello guys,
Great stuff Saul, as you well know I’ve always been a major SU fan, great to see people making the most it!
All the best, happy Christmas, Peter
Peter,
Thanks! Saul is A SU Rockstar!
Andy
Hi Andy! Thanks for the reply. Of course I really enjoyed Stumble Upon. I will check on my email to see what you have sent!
Thanks!
Yes I’ve discovered that Saul is the man with the plan AND the answers!
I had been reading about Stumbleupon recently and Saul was really good with fleshing out exactly HOW it works. Sometimes people don’t seem to be able to explain how SU can work for you.
Anyway, thanks Andy for having Saul on this was a great podcast. It’s good to hear people’s voices sometimes so they’re not just faces in little squares on our screens 🙂
John,
Saul is an amazing person! Glad that you enjoyed this podcast. Definitely connect with me on SU!
Andy
