Tenant Selection Process
We reviewed over 50 tenants before we selected a resident for our unit. The We combined the City of Chicago guidelines and our personal beliefs in what made a great tenant (see personal tenant requirements) to select the final tenant.
Results
The key to obtaining a quality tenant is having a quality property. Once we turned this downtrodden property in a place tenants could call home we had the ability to choose the highest caliber tenant.
