This is your social networking minute this week with Facebook comments. I know, I know! Facebook comments. I know how to do that. Well good going genius! Now, watch me do it right in one minute flat (Actually cut out the seven seconds I had left. HOT!)

Building relationships through social networking need not be complicated. Simplify, simplify, simplify! That is the idea behind what you see here. Now, you can spend more than one minute doing this, but you can get the idea in less than 10 seconds what I am looking to do in order to build relationships.

Social Networking Minute: Facebook Comments Analysis

Here comes that dreaded word: Analysis! RUN!

So, you watched the video and now you are debating your thoughts on such an important idea. Good thing you can now see my thoughts as well.

First, this is only one minute. Every single week without fail someone says that I could not do this in one minute. Well, the truth is that if we break down our day into minutes then yes you already are doing that. All I want to do is show you the simplicity of using Facebook comments. Not go into the nitty-gritty here.

Second, commenting will not get me business. It will get me noticed. If you do not remember anything else from this post, please keep this in mind. Commenting is about getting noticed, not about getting new business. People will remember that you commented, check your profile, and then they can call, email, share, message, tweet, visit, subscribe, purchase, etc. Do not put the cart before the horse. Recent studies indicate that does not work.

Third, I brought this up recently how social networking is about leverage. By contacting people quickly through Facebook you are leveraging your time. Instead of talking to 5 people on the phone for 1 hour, you have managed to communicate with 5 people on Facebook in roughly 3-5 minutes.

Phew! Now that we have the social networking minute Facebook comments analysis off my chest enjoy your TGIF!
