Property Management Overview
Gut rehabbed a 5 bedroom, 2 bath Single-Family Residence that was in complete disrepair and turned it into a rental that cashflows over $700 per month with a loyal Section 8 tenant.
Tenant Selection Process
We had over 70 applicants for the property once it was finished. We combined the City of Chicago guidelines and our personal beliefs in what made a great tenant (see personal tenant requirements) to select the final tenant.
Results
Without successfully rehabbing the property, it would not be possible to find the high quality tenant we have in place in this property. However, it was a combination of quality property with quality tenant selection process to ensure a high-quality, paying tenant.
